Hiisi Homes has just recently launched a project accommodation model which allows companies to request project accommodation in any location in Southern Finland. In other parts of Finland Hiisi Homes recommends partners who provide project accommodation. The existing capacity of Hiisi Homes in major cities like Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Turku and Tampere allow project accommodation and the homes to be established upon request fulfill the offering. Currently there is project accommodation inventory quickly to be established in Turku and Tampere areas for example if existing inventory is not sufficient for your needs.
All homes of Hiisi Homes will be furnished, decorated and equipped according to your company’s needs. The homes dedicated for project accommodation will be slightly more lightly decorated but will embrace the homelike feeling in any case. Below you have the list items homes dedicated for project accommodation will include.
HIISI HOMES PROJECT ACCOMMODATION
- Lightly furnished, equipped and decorate for homelike living
- Electricity, heating, water and wifi are included in the rent
- Linen, towels and final cleaning included
- Minimum rental time 1 month
- Project accommodation to be established from the start requires a minimum of 3 homes for a month or 1 home for 3 months
- Rental time is flexible according to your needs
- Available in about 5 working days
- Rent for one month will be invoiced in advance and may be used to pay for the rent of the last month

- Studio 36 € / night (room layout allows 1-2 single beds)
- Standard Apartment, 1 Bedroom 55 € / night (room layouts vary, 2 beds in the bedroom and 1-2 in the living room)
- Standard Apartment, 2 Bedrooms 66 € / night (room layouts vary, 1-2 beds in the bedrooms and 1-2 in the living room)
- Rates vary depending on the home size, location and condition
- Rates inclusive of VAT 10%
- Stay over cleaning including linen and towels every week +7,50 € / night
- Stay over cleaning including linen and towels every 2 weeks +5 € / night
